 We are proud to release JARVANA, a tool designed to help Java developers search the Maven central repository, a tremendously useful code repository used in conjunction with Apache Maven, the fantastic project management tool. The sheer scope of the repository's size can make finding information in it a daunting and difficult challenge.
Enter JARVANA. Jarvana allows developers to easily search and browse projects in the maven repository. You can search for projects (jars, wars, etc.), classes within jars, and even content within classes. It is possible to read javadocs describing the functionality of projects and to view metadata associated with projects such as POM (project object model) files. When you find the project you are looking for, simply click on the link for the project dependency information and add that to your Maven-built project’s pom.xml file.
